Settle into a guided conscious connected breathwork journey designed to regulate the nervous system, release stored stress, quiet the mind, and illuminate your inner light. The experience then unfolds into an immersive live sound journey featuring crystal alchemy singing bowls, harp, and vocals, inviting you into a state of deep relaxation, presence, and renewal.
