Breathwork & Sound Journey
Guided breathwork experience followed by an immersive live sound journey featuring crystal singing bowls, live vocals, and harp, designed to help you release, restore, and reconnect.
7:15 PM
Community Integration
Take time to reflect on your experience and, if you feel called, share with the group. This optional integration creates space for authentic connection and reminds us that healing is often amplified in community.
7:30 PM –9:00 PM
Wellness Activations & Tea Lounge
Continue your evening exploring wellness activations from local practitioners, discovering exclusive event-only offerings, enjoying a live DJ set by Trevy James, and relaxing in our tea lounge while connecting with a like-minded community.
