Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using this website or booking services with KIYA Wellness LLC (“KIYA Wellness,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, booking sessions, purchasing packages, enrolling in programs, or participating in any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Payment, Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

The policies outlined below apply to all private sessions, package sessions, workshops, programs, and mentorships unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

Card on File & Payment Authorization

A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve an appointment.

By scheduling an appointment and providing a payment method, you authorize KIYA Wellness LLC to securely store your card on file and charge it for:

• late cancellation fees
• missed appointment (no-show) fees
• any unpaid session balance

This authorization applies to all scheduled services unless revoked in writing prior to booking.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled start time with no charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.

No-Show

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice is considered a no-show.
No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price to the card on file.

Late Arrivals

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. The full session fee still applies. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show at practitioner discretion.

2. Refund Policy (No Refunds)

All sales are final.

KIYA Wellness LLC does not offer refunds for any services, packages, programs, workshops, trainings, certifications, missed appointments, or unused sessions for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Scheduling conflicts
• Illness or personal circumstances
• Dissatisfaction with perceived results

By booking services or purchasing packages, you acknowledge that you are purchasing time, expertise, and access, and that no refunds will be issued.

3. Packages & Expiration

3-Session Pack

Includes three (3) private 60-minute sessions
Must be paid in full at the time of purchase
Non-refundable and non-transferable
Must be used within ninety (90) days from the date of purchase
Unused sessions expire after this period and are forfeited

Packages may only be used for the services stated at the time of purchase.

12-Session Private Mentorship (KIYA Mentorship)

Includes twelve (12) private sessions and additional components as outlined in the mentorship agreement
Must be paid in full or according to the agreed payment plan
Non-refundable and non-transferable
Sessions must be used within the mentorship term outlined in the applicable agreement

Missed, late-canceled, or unused sessions are subject to the Cancellation Policy and mentorship agreement.

4. Online Courses, Workshops & Digital Content

All online courses, workshops, trainings, and digital content are provided for educational and personal development purposes only.

Live online workshops may be recorded and reused for educational purposes. By enrolling or attending, you consent to such recording and use.

All digital offerings are non-refundable. Content may not be shared, reproduced, recorded, distributed, or resold.

5. Certifications & Trainings

Certification status is granted only upon successful completion of all program requirements and full payment.

KIYA Wellness LLC reserves the right to withhold, suspend, or revoke certification status for failure to meet requirements, ethical violations, or scope-of-practice concerns.

All certification and training enrollments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

You agree to contact KIYA Wellness LLC directly to resolve billing questions prior to initiating a chargeback.

You acknowledge that cancellation and no-show fees are agreed appointment reservation charges and authorized transactions.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

• Immediate termination of services or access
• Revocation of certification or program participation
• Permanent refusal of future services

Initiating a chargeback in violation of these Terms constitutes a material breach of this agreement.

7. Scope of Services & Disclaimer

KIYA Wellness provides holistic, educational, and personal development services, which may include hypnotherapy, breathwork, sound healing, coaching, and related modalities.

These services are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment and are not a substitute for professional healthcare.

Participation may not be appropriate for individuals with certain medical or mental health conditions. You confirm that you are able to safely participate or have consulted with a qualified healthcare provider.

8. No Guarantees

Results vary by individual. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, results, or benefits.

9. Assumption of Risk & Release

You acknowledge that participation may involve physical, emotional, mental, or energetic release and voluntarily assume all associated risks.

You agree to the Liability Waiver & Informed Consent provided during booking and release KIYA Wellness LLC and Alexis Kiy from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Client Responsibility

You are fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and wellbeing before, during, and after sessions or programs.

11. Right to Refuse or Terminate Services

KIYA Wellness LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate services for reasons including non-payment, safety concerns, boundary violations, or violation of these Terms.

No refunds will be issued in such cases.
