By booking a session, purchasing a package, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Services

KIYA Wellness LLC provides complementary, non-clinical services including Hypnotherapy, HypnoBreathwork, and Hypno-Sound Healing. Services are not medical or mental health treatment and are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

Appointments

All sessions are by appointment only and subject to availability. Sessions may be offered in person or virtually.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. All services and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Packages

  • 3-Session and 6-Session Packages must be used within 6 months of purchase.

  • 12-Session Packages must be used within 12 months (1 year) of purchase.

  • Unused sessions expire after the applicable timeframe and will not be extended.

  • Packages may be used across Hypnotherapy and Hypno-Sound Healing unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, late cancellations, or no-shows will be charged in full or deducted from a package.

Late Arrivals

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not receive extended time.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and the session will be forfeited.

Scope of Practice & Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant medical or mental health information prior to sessions. KIYA Wellness LLC does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or mental health conditions.

Changes to Terms

KIYA Wellness LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
