When the Vision Board Becomes Real: My Dream Wedding

My wedding vision board came to life.

In a “ Pinterest Perfect” way but also a deeply embodied, soul-aligned way that still feels surreal to put into words.

Before the wedding.
Before the dress.
Before the photos, the celebration, and the magic…

There was inner work.

Real inner work.

I had to become the woman who could receive the partner I was calling in.

I was clear, crystal clear about the kind of love I wanted, how I wanted to feel in partnership, and the energy I desired in my future relationship: safe, creative, supportive, expansive.

I’m a deeply visual person. I’ve always known that about myself.
I use Pinterest intentionally not just for aesthetics, but for embodiment. I pinned images that activated the vision in my body. I activated the feelings of: Love. Devotion. Luxury. Travel. Creative partnership. A life built together, not just a wedding day.

And then I did the work to align with that vision.

Trevy (my husbankd) and I are both creatives. Musicians. Freelancers. Visionaries.
And our story is one of timing, alignment, and coming back together when we were finally ready.

We first met in San Diego about five years ago, when I went to see his band perform.

We were neighbors and Life moved on. Paths diverged. And years later, our paths crossed again.

This time, it was different.

We were more grounded. More honest. More regulated. Ready, for the kind of love we had both been calling in.

What unfolded between us felt familiar. Safe. Steady. Like remembering.

We got married on June 24th, and the next day was my birthday.
It really was the most perfect week of my life.

We were all sitting by the pool at The Vedema Resort, surrounded by our closest people, soaking in the afterglow of the wedding. Suddenly, the staff came out with a cake and champagne for everyone.

They surprised me for my birthday.

The hotel manager looked at me and said, “Make a wish, make it a big one.”

And in that moment, the only thing I could think was:
I already have everything I could possibly wish for.

That realization didn’t come easily.

It came from years of inner work—healing old patterns, regulating my nervous system, releasing subconscious beliefs about love, worthiness, and safety, and learning how to trust myself deeply.

In that moment, I anchored the feeling into my body. Through somatic work, I knew this was a sensation I could return to again and again, a lived memory stored in my nervous system, reminding me that anything is possible.

That work is the foundation of everything I do now.

The work I offer hypnotherapy, breathwork, somatic coaching, subconscious reprogramming isn’t about “manifesting” from the mind. It’s about creating coherence between the body, the subconscious, and the heart so that what you desire can actually meet you.

Manifestation isn’t about forcing outcomes.
It’s about becoming a match for the life you’re calling in.

Hypnosis and breathwork were a pivotal part of my own journey. It helped me clear stored emotional patterns, soften resistance, and create space to receive not just love, but ease, joy, and fulfillment.

If you’re calling in your next chapter whether that’s partnership, clarity, expansion, or simply feeling more aligned in your life I created a free Manifestation Breathwork Session to support you.

Sometimes the vision doesn’t arrive exactly how you imagined.
But when it arrives aligned… it’s better than anything you could have wished for.
